Online Thickness Measurement System is a measurement machine,mainly used for measuring the OD,thickness,eccentricity and our-of roundness of plastic pipes.Detecting by ultrasonic,give the feedback of detecting and mornitoring,mark the problem pipes to improve the pipe's quality and reduce the rejection ratio.

After the vacuum cooling tank cools the plastic pipe, installing a scanning box(Online Thickness Measurement System) to measure the thickness of the pipe and detect whether the product has defects using ultrasound.
